Voting on Archive vs. Parentkind Constitution
FABS was set up as a charity in 2004. Parentkind is a nationally federated association of charity PTAS – https://www.parentkind.org.uk/
The Trustees would like to adopt a templated constitution from Parentkind to allow for more modern forms of communication that were not predominantly used previously (online meetings, Google Meet/ Zoom).
Voting on Funds Direction
FABS would like to donate £5k to Burleigh School in January in a directed manner. Ideas previously discussed at meetings have included:
- supporting outdoor education for the Junior side of the building through purchasing an outdoor amphitheater/ bleachers
