The FABS Team is looking forward to welcoming all Burleigh families to our first ever Elf Extravaganza Christmas Fair this Friday, November 28th between 3:30pm – 5:30pm at the Junior Building. It has been over five years since the school parent teacher association FABS has hosted a holiday event and we’re excited to celebrate the season with you. Here’s all the important information you should know before you go.
Thank you to the volunteers and Burleigh School Team
Many thanks to the 20 families who have volunteered their time to help put this event on to make it safe and fun for everyone. Our gratitude also goes to the Burleigh School leadership team and wider staff members for their efforts in making this a memorable event for all the children. Without their support we cannot put on these events and we are very grateful.
Overall Regulations
All children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are responsible for the safety and care of their children.
There is no smoking or vaping on school property.
Access to the Elf Extravaganza is restricted to adults with wristbands purchased in advance or at the entrance.
Please use the recycling and rubbish bins appropriately – this is our school – let’s keep it lovely!
Entrance Fees and Wristbands
This event is free for children to attend, but we ask that adults pay £1 either in cash on the day or in advance online here – https://fabsburleigh.sumupstore.com/product/elf-extravaganza-entrance-adult-entrance. If you purchase in advance before Friday we can have a wristband available for you to to pick up on Thursday or Friday at the school’s main reception. By purchasing in advance we can expedite your entrance. Children will not be allowed to enter the event unless they are accompanied by an adult.
The entrance to the event is through the Junior Building parking lot with the event taking place in the Junior Hall, library and canteen areas.
Meeting Santa
Santa is a busy man and so we only have a number of time slots available to pre-book. As of Monday November 24th the majority of time slots with Santa have been reserved. Meeting Santa costs £4 per child including an age-appropriate gift. To book time to see Santa please do so here and make sure you also have booked an adult entry – https://fabsburleigh.sumupstore.com/category/elf-extravaganza-2025
If you have already booked to meet Santa, we would love to make sure Santa puts a smile on your child’s face. Please fill out this short form so that Santa can make your visit extra special – https://forms.gle/J278aWizWguBkTya8
Avoid disappointment and make sure you pre-book your time slot with Santa if you and your children would like to see him. We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate folks on the day.
