We are in need of parent chaperones for our Summer Disco – currently scheduled for Friday June 6th. Please note that we always require volunteers prior to event tickets going on sale.
We are looking for 15 parents for each shift to ensure a safe and secure event for all of the children attending.
Shift timings are:
Shift 1 – Reception/ Year 1/ Year 2 Disco – 2:30pm – 3:15pm
Shift 2 – Year 3/ Year 4 Disco – 3:15pm – 5:15pm
Shift 3 – Year 5/ Year 6 Disco – 5:15pm – 7:30pm
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensuring safety on the dance floor and in the cafeteria area
- Distributing drinks and snacks
- Monitoring points of entry and exit
- Having a fun time with your fellow FABS volunteers!
