FABS – Friendly Association of Burleigh School

FABS are working to put together our first ever Burleigh cookbook to be shared amongst our Cheshunt community. We’d like to compile all of your favourite family recipes in a beautiful book to appreciate at home, complete with photos and artwork from your home kitchens.

Each family can submit multiple recipes. The deadline to submit recipes is Friday May 23rd, 2025. You can submit:

1. a link to a recipe that you use all the time and recommend
2. an A4 piece of paper (handwritten or typed) with the recipe/ image on it – take a photo and upload it
3. a form with typed ingredients, the recipe and upload any images you would like with it

These recipes will then be compiled into a cookbook. The cookbook will be available to pre-order and will likely range in price from £6 to £10 depending on the pagination and volume of recipes submitted. Please note that A4 paper submissions will likely be resized to A5 size. Make sure you include your 1. family name and 2. your email contact information so we can contact you with any questions.

Please note that in the event that we don’t receive enough recipe submissions or book pre-orders to make this a viable fundraiser we will delay printing and production accordingly and revisit our plan.
