On Thursday December 19th, the students of Burleigh received some special deliveries from a special visitor- Twinkle the elf!
Thank you for your support in our first time doing a Candy Grams fundraiser for the school. Over 200 Candy Grams were purchased, and due to your generosity £648 was donated from both our Candy Grams Just Giving page and our main FABS Just Giving page. This was also our first time using Just Giving, which enabled us to take donations in pounds sterling, but also got messages sent from families across Europe in euros and from the United States in dollars.
The FABS team worked together to deliver over 500 candy canes to the school with 240 personalized messages.
We hope all the children had a lovely time getting to meet Twinkle and read your messages of love and support.
